Patricia received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Spanish Literature from Syracuse University in 1999 and was subsequently licensed in Veterinary Technology from SUNY Delhi. After graduation, Patricia worked in private practices within New York City where she developed a passion for veterinary dentistry. She was among the first, and remains one of the few, to become a credentialed Veterinary Dental Technician Specialist through the Academy of Veterinary Dental Technicians. Patricia taught for 4 years at Westchester Community College; where she developed a semester long course on veterinary dentistry within the veterinary technology program.
Patricia has cultivated a superb reputation and strong client relationships by establishing a patient care philosophy that stems from her unconditional love of all animals. She has been featured in several publications educating veterinary professionals on the need for providing high quality dental services. Patricia has also lectured around the country on topics ranging from veterinary dental awareness for the general public to improving standards of dental programs at each animal hospital. She is co-contributor of the veterinary dental textbook ‘Small Animal Dental Procedures for Veterinary Technicians and Nurses’, which was published in November 2013.
